1. Casting; Do the actors suit the roles that they were cast in? Are they believable as part of the reality they are in?
a. Jack Black as Jerry Gerber
b. Mos Def as Mike
c. Danny Glover as Elroy Fletcher
2. How does technology impact the community at the beginning of the film? At the end of this film?
I do believe that the character Jack Black played did suit him. As the character seemed to want to have fun, was over genetic with energy and a bit crazy. He seems to always act those types of characters, which was a perfect match and act.
I never seen Mos Def act before, but the character he acted seemed to fit him softly, into a calm, funny person. The character Mike was acted well.
Danny Glover is a guy i have never seen in other movies but i thought he played well his role
2.Yes i do believe technology can over impact your business if it seems lacking down. If something comes toward your business or shop, its a start to begin to over develop.

Questions for #4 media appreciation!
1. Discuss and review the two BP Oil ads. Why does BP Oil choose the images/style it does to use in their ads? What is the target audience(s)? Which images stick in your mind and why?
2. In light of the current disaster in the Gulf of Mexico, is BP’s slogan (Beyond Petroleum) and Logo (the flower) appropriate?
3. Consider responsibility; considering that it was BP’s oil rig that burned in the Gulf of Mexico and the resulting oil spilled would have been BP’s profit, do BP and other oil companies deserve to be ridiculed, made fun of, and/or satirized?
1. The target audience would be mostly teenagers, as the effect of cartoons catches the eye, and the catch frays for the night and dark poet. As the teenagers begin to get their licence for driving. As the add will over come the mind that it says its a little bit better, and better for the environment,
2. I dont see any harm on the flower logo they show for their company, as its a symbol towards the environment. I do think its appropriate to the fact its resembling responsibility towards.
3. In my opinion i do think that this is all a situation, due to the oil spill is effect our world dramatically. It doesn't mean they should be made fun of, as for the other companies, it will show bad influence. Nothing will change and time wont make anything better but cause more destruction.
